Chinachem Golden Plaza

As construction managers for the ChinaChem Golden Plaza project, we oversaw the transformation of a 4,000 square meter cinema into a luxury retail space. This complex endeavor involved extensive planning, feasibility studies, and after-hours work to ensure minimal disruption to the operational mall and adjacent hotel. We successfully navigated the challenges of coordinating multiple parties, working within a live mall environment, and adhering to strict regulations. The end result was a beautifully integrated retail area that now houses some of the world’s most prestigious brands, seamlessly transforming the former cinema into a high-end shopping destination.
