In Siem Reap, our role focused on comprehensive project and construction management within a culturally rich environment. We began by conducting a detailed feasibility analysis to understand how to optimize the space for both local and international visitors, enhancing the overall consumer experience.
We faced the unique challenge of working with a labor force that had limited experience in large-scale commercial projects. This required us to provide extensive training and hands-on management well beyond what’s typical in more developed regions. We also had to navigate complex logistics and local regulations, ensuring smooth coordination between local suppliers and international standards.
Ultimately, our value-add lay in our disciplined project oversight and our ability to transform the development into a space that was not only well-constructed but also inviting and intuitive for visitors.
